  • Summer: Secure outdoor venue near Sticker

  • Winter: Indoor venue in central St Austell

  • Pay-As-You-Go: £10 per class

Why Puppy Socialisation Matters

From the time your puppy comes home, the clock is ticking. The socialisation window closes around 18 weeks of age, meaning these early weeks are your best chance to help your dog feel confident and safe in the world.

Our classes are designed to:

  • Encourage neutral, calm responses to unknown dogs and people

  • Build confidence in novel environments and situations

  • Promote good decision-making through play-based learning and gentle structure

Puppies can attend after their first vaccination. We do not use shared water bowls and keep the environment clean and controlled, allowing safe early exposure during this critical developmental stage.

What’s Included?

Each session introduces your pup to the basics:

  • Focus around other puppies

  • Calm, polite greetings

  •

Confidence-building activities and prevention of future problem behaviours

Classes are structured but relaxed, providing just enough challenge without overwhelming your puppy. Sessions are held in fully enclosed, secure spaces to allow for safe off-lead learning.

Once your puppy has settled into the basics, you can continue with our Pup Start course, held immediately after Puppy Class at 6.30pm on Mondays.

This course is run in a secure field with low distractions, allowing your puppy to focus and progress in a calm environment.

In Pup Start, we introduce more formal training such as:

  • Beginner recall with added distance and movement

  • Loose lead walking without luring

  • Teaching essential behaviours: drop, down, stay, and leave it

  • Practising stillness and focus with other dogs present

Pup Start helps your puppy develop reliability, attention, and calmness—laying strong foundations for more advanced training later on.

Get started on the right paw. Join us at 5.30pm this Monday and set your puppy up for a happy, confident future.
